“What is your Why?”  Finding your passion in the field of Music.  Michelle will take you on a journey to help you discover your strengths and build those into a career in music.  Participants will also learn how creating a space for innovation, becoming resilient, collaborating, persevering, challenging the status quo and failing are your friends.
